The ground rules, in plain English.
What you can expect from this site, what we ask of you, and how our project work is set up.
Last updated 1 October 2026
The short version
- Use the site fairly and lawfully, and don't try to get around its limits.
- Chat answers come from AI. Check anything important.
- Projects run on a signed, fixed-scope proposal. Clients own their custom code once paid in full.
- Indian law applies, with courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of aivaura.com, run by Aivaura, based in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Project work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.
02Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services, use the readiness check and contact us. You agree not to:
- break the law, or use the site to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
- try to get around rate limits or other security measures, or probe, scan or overload the site;
- use bots or scripts to submit forms or scrape content;
- upload anything malicious, or anything you don't have the right to share.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
03Chat assistant
The chat assistant is an AI that answers from the information on this site. It can make mistakes. Nothing it says is a quote, a promise or professional advice, and it doesn't create any agreement. Please don't share confidential or sensitive information in the chat.
04Enquiries and projects
Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract. Readiness check scores and anything on the site are general information, not a quote. Every project starts with a written, fixed-scope proposal covering deliverables, price, timeline and payment terms.
Unless the signed agreement says otherwise:
- Ownership. Once full and final payment is received, the client owns the custom code, configuration and documentation built specifically for them.
- Our tools. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and give the client a licence to use them as part of what we deliver.
- Third-party services. Systems often run on third-party platforms such as AI models, telephony, WhatsApp, CRMs and cloud hosting. The client holds those accounts and pays their usage fees, and their terms apply.
- Client materials. The client provides the content, data, access and accounts the project needs, and confirms it has the right to share them.
- Data protection. Where we process personal data for a client, we do so only on the client's documented instructions, under a data processing agreement.
