Stop rewriting yesterday's to-do list.

Daybook is for founders, directors, managers and anyone whose day is too full to hold in their head. Every task is remembered and carried forward, the plan arrives on your phone every morning, and a stats page shows how your week, your work and your health really went.

Sample data. Names and numbers are made up.

Same job. Far fewer hands on it.

Here's how the work usually runs today, and how it runs once the system is in place.

The usual way

  1. 01Tasks spread across a notebook, email and memory
  2. 02Unfinished work rewritten every morning
  3. 03Nothing to check when you're away from the desk
  4. 04Delegated work forgotten until someone asks
  5. 05No idea how the week, or your health, really went

With Aivaura

  1. 01Every task in one place, on your phone
  2. 02Unfinished work carries itself to tomorrow
  3. 03Reminders reach you wherever you are
  4. 04Each handed-off task tied to a person and a date
  5. 05A stats page for hours, performance and health

What it actually does.

Plan

Tomorrow planned in under two minutes.

Each evening Daybook lists what didn't get done. One tap each to carry it, move it to another day or drop it. A capacity bar warns you before you plan eleven hours of work into a nine hour day.

  • Evening triage, one tap per task
  • Must-dos capped, so they mean something
  • Capacity warning before you overcommit
  • Ongoing work added on its own

Run

Your whole day, from your phone.

The plan arrives every morning on WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Reminders come before timed calls and meetings. Tap Done, Progressed or Attempted and log the minutes, without opening an app on the move.

  • Morning brief with today's plan
  • Reminders before every timed task
  • One tap for status and minutes
  • Type or speak a task to add it

Measure

A stats page for how your week really went.

Daybook works out your real working hours, time per project and the time you can't account for, next to how you felt each day went. The stats page updates as you go, and every Sunday a review lands on your phone.

  • Hours and score, day by day
  • Time by project and client
  • Must-dos hit and planning streak
  • Patterns spotted for you

Keep up

Goals, habits and health in the same place.

Weekly, monthly and quarterly targets show whether you're on pace. Things you do every few days, like a LinkedIn post, get a nudge only when they're overdue. Exercise and steps are logged with a tap.

  • Targets with an on-pace check
  • Every-few-days habits, nudged when due
  • Exercise and daily steps tracked
  • A someday list for free moments

Where teams use it.

Directors and managers who delegate

The problem
Work handed to someone else disappears until it's late.
What we build
Each task can be tied to a person with a follow-up date, and Daybook reminds you to check in.
What changes
You always know what's waiting on whom.

Founders juggling several projects

The problem
Each project gets attention only when it shouts.
What we build
Daybook carries every project's work forward and shows hours by project each week.
What changes
You spot the project that's quietly being starved, before it costs you.

Days full of calls and follow-ups

The problem
A call that isn't picked up never gets tried again.
What we build
Mark it Attempted and Daybook asks when to retry, then reminds you at that time.
What changes
No follow-up falls through the cracks.

Anyone who's given up on planners

The problem
Every app meant rewriting the list each day, so it got abandoned.
What we build
Nothing is retyped: a task lives until it's done or dropped.
What changes
A system you actually keep using.

Works with what you already use.

  • Pending work is on the phone, so free time at home gets used

Fair questions.

Do I have to type everything?

No. Most of the day runs from buttons on WhatsApp or Telegram. You can also say a task out loud, like "call Riya tomorrow at 5", and it's added with the right date and time.

What happens to tasks I don't finish?

They carry forward on their own. Each evening you decide in one tap whether each one moves to tomorrow, another day or a someday list, or gets dropped. Anything carried three times or more is flagged, so nothing rots unnoticed.

Who is it for?

Anyone running a full day: founders, directors, managers, consultants, doctors, team leads. Your plan and your numbers are private to you.

Can it fit my routine?

Yes. Working days, morning brief time, how many must-dos, reminder times and your habits are all settings. We set it up around how you already work.

Does it need another app?

No new app to learn. Daily updates happen inside WhatsApp or Telegram, summaries can come by email, and the full planner opens in your browser or installs on your phone like an app.

Can it pull in my email, Notion or Google Drive?

Yes. We connect it to the tools you already use, so tasks from email, notes in Notion and files in Google Drive sit next to your plan. The exact connections are agreed when we set it up.
