The problem.
Every day ran from a paper notebook: the date, a score out of ten, hours worked and a list of tasks marked with ticks and crosses. Unfinished work had to be rewritten every morning, emails had to be checked separately, and at home there was no way to see what was pending, even with free time to do it.
It was costing them
- Unfinished tasks rewritten by hand, every single day
- Tasks scattered across the notebook, email and memory
- No way to see pending work away from the desk
- No record of the week, the hours or health
How it works.
- 1Every task, rememberedA task lives until it's done or dropped, so nothing is ever written twice.
- 2Tomorrow planned at nightOne tap per unfinished task: carry it, move it or drop it.
- 3The plan on the phoneA morning brief, and reminders before every timed task.
- 4Updates in one tapDone, progressed or attempted, minutes logged, steps and exercise too.
- 5A stats page that updates itselfHours, score, projects and health, with a review every Sunday.
The stats page, updated as the day goes
A sample week. Hours come from simple taps (at office, break, day end), the score is how the day felt, and patterns are spotted automatically.

The result.
- Nothing is rewritten: unfinished work carries itself forward
- Pending work is on the phone, so free time at home gets used
- Reminders arrive before every timed task
“I ran my day from a notebook for years. It worked until I left the desk, and it never told me how my week actually went. Now my tasks, my reminders and even my steps are on my phone, and Sunday tells me the truth about the week.”
